Rinkeby belongs to Västerort and is on the blue subway line towards Hjulsta. It is a bueautiful environment. Rinkeby metro station is a station on the blue line of the Stockholm metro. The station is just about 15 minutes away from T-Centralen (Central Station) and only 1 stop away by bus from Kista Centrum. The neighbourhood itself mainly consists of rental family apartments which live around a center. The newer high-rises are built in regular block patterns. In the center there is a small mall with several shops and restaurants. Outside the center is a square, Rinkebytorget, where fruit and vegetable stands are usually set up during the summer. Along the promenade Rinkebystráket there are several shops, cafes and restaurants. They are also many walk paths that guide you in parks, beaches and lakes.
I want to rent out 2 rooms which are furnished. IT'S A 3-ROOM SHARED APARTMENT, newly renovated with a nice view to park for FEMALE ONLY. Moreover, I travel many times with my dance performance and Earth Science studies. So, I need someone who is friendly environment that takes care of my apartment.

You may bring your stuff or furniture to feel like is your home. It is available for long term from now until further notice (permanent).

Room no. 1 = 5000 SEK
Room no. 2 = 6000 SEK

The price includes the bills and access to laundry facilities. Security deposit is not mandatory, but if you damaged something you buy it. You’ll give me 3 days notice before you move out. The rooms have access to a separated toilet designed for my tenancies. I also have a big kitchen and many other facility features. So, feel free to move in apartment if you like to offer respect.
