Cozy room in shared house available.

A newly renovated room near Fruängen is available in a house in a quiet and safe villa area (Segeltorp) about 10 min walk from Fruängen T.

The room is furnished, size 10,4 sqm, rent 4450 kr per month including heat, hot water, electricity, fast WiFi and cleaning of common areas once a week.

You will share a separate floor of the house with four other tenants and together you share 2 shower/toilet room, laundry room with dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. You can lock your door.

Female tenant will have a private shower and bathroom. Male tenant will share 2 shower/bathroom with 4 others.

You can of course register your adress and receive mails to the house and no limit on renting time. Everything will be legal and in writing (landlord is an attorney).

The other tenants are quiet, clean and friendly guys in their mid twenties, working with IT originally from Venezuela, Brazil and Bolivia.

The room is furnished, and landlord has additional furniture (bookshelf, armchair etc) so the tenant can agree with the landlord on what they would like to keep or add to the room.

The location is very convenient, 10 min walk or a short bus ride to Fruängen Center with all the commodities you need. From there you can take the red line subway 18 min to T-centralen, 36 min by bus 707 to Karolinska South at Huddinge / university of Södertörn, 5 min by subway to Konstfack ( art school ) and Hyper Island, at Telefonplan. 26 min by subway to KTH 28 min by subway to Stockholm University ( all same line ). There are also many buses around, five minutes away by walk, as No 703, 704, 707 and 173.

5 minute walk to Lidl. Excellent bicycle routes to the city.

Rules: One month rent deposit. Steady income and no debts. Only one person allowed to stay in the room. No pets allowed. Kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned once a week by a cleaning service, but you must maintain the kitchen area, clean and take out the garbage together with the other tenants according to a schedule. International tenants must be able to speak fluent English. Non smoking only.
